Logistical Packets and Required Forms

Logistical Forms are not yet posted for The Alabama Youth Policy Summit.

FULL Logistical Packet: This packet includes schedule, directions for arranging airline travel, contact information for parents, packing list, guidelines for WMU campus, activities and student behavior.  It also includes the medical and liability forms which need to be returned by each stduents and chaperoning adult.
